A woman who has many things stacked against her, does not let that come in between her claiming her faith in Jesus. Although seemingly ignored by Jesus and rejected by the disciple and then an apparent insult by Jesus, her faith win in spit of all these obstacles.
The Parable of the Prodigal Son, should actually be called the Parable of the Compassionate Father. Follow the story of two young men in two different path, who unfortunately misunderstand their Father. It’s also a lesson that Jesus teaches the Pharisees about God’s heart toward sinners. He loves them, and when compassion and justice are put against each other, Compassion will win with God, because Jesus took upon himself justice.
